A Descon consultant will walk you through the details of what we need to design your custom signage. In-person consultation is available on a limited basis dependent upon location and scope of project.
After the initial conversation, we ask that you send your Descon consultant photos and measurements of your space. Your consultant can walk you through what information we need to be able to deliver products that fit your unique space. If you have color preferences, or a mascot/logo file, we ask that you send us those at this point as well.
Our Sales & Design teams will work together to design custom signage and solutions for your facility. We pay careful attention to your unique needs, as we design something beautiful for your space.
We'll then provide a quote and a presentation with the artwork placed in your photos, details about each sign, and sizes. At this point, we will await your approval, or your request for any revisions.
Once you are satisfied with your designs and ready to commit to ordering your project, your Descon sales consultant will schedule a shipping date with you. Payment arrangements or purchase order will be needed at this time. They will walk you through a "site prep" checklist to ensure your space is ready for your new signage.
We design these virtual projects with shipment in mind. Descon will provide all mounting hardware and instruction for easy DIY installation. In-person installation is available on a limited basis dependent upon location and scope of project.
